Can I schedule online with a Groupon voucher?


Yes. Choose the service you purchased a Groupon for. The price will be adjusted at the time of checkout.




Why do I need to provide a credit card number to schedule an appointment, even with a Groupon?


The credit card number holds your reservation. No charge is applied unless you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time or you simply no-show. In this case, a fee equal to 50% of the full service price is applied. Please, understand that our time is as valuable as yours. We make every effort to send confirmation requests and reminders, as well as calls if you are running more than 10 minutes late.




What if I'm running late for my appointment?


We understand that sometimes events out of our control happen. As a rule, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled/re-scheduled, and a late cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to the credit card holding the appointment. However, make sure you communicate with us if you are running late, as, if time allows, we will accomodate.




What do I need to do to prepare for my wax?


Do not shave or trim before your appointment! The hair needs to be at least 1/4 of an inch long for efficient waxing. The service provider will trim if needed. A gentle exfoliation 24 hours before the service may help remove dead skin cells and release some hairs from under the skin.
